We cleaned out our basement after many years and had almost a garage worth of "junk" we needed lugged away. Through a recommendation from our son (who had used JL in NYC) we found our way to the DC branch and then to Adrian and Brooks who did a fantastic job for us. They came out, quoted us a fair and firm price and then immediately proceeded to carry our stuff away. Adrian and Brooks were personable, efficient and professional. We could not give a higher recommendation.

Adrian and Brooks were both great! The people who work for you were the best part of our experience. They called to give me an ETA, arrived on time, and we're both very curtious and professional. They were very careful not to damage our doorways, as some of the furniture they were hauling were very large and awkward shaped. Overall these two made the experience really easy.

Shed Demolition and Removal in Bethesda, Maryland

An older customer called us and needed us to come and fully get rid of his shed for him. This shed was put up 80 years ago and looked really old and was maybe on the verge of collapse in the coming months. Our team of 3 luggers researched and brainstormed on what would be the best way to demolish the shed to cause no damage to the surrounding fence and plants. Then on a early morning our 3 luggers came equipped with with the proper saws and tools and broke the shed down piece by piece and started to load up the truck at the same time. When they finished breaking down the shed fully a couple of hours later, they swept the work place and bagged all of the small miscellaneous pieces to make sure the environment was as clean as possible. The customer was extremely stoked that we got the whole job done in 1 day and was even happier about the price of our work. He let us know that other demolition companies were trying to charge almost double what our quote was for him.

Full Estate Clean Out In Bethesda, Maryland

A nice lady called us to fully clear out her late mother's home. The home was fully furnished and was left as is. The basement was almost 100% full of items and food to the point where you could barely walk through it. The attic also had many big and heavy chests and a lot of boxes full of books. We brought out 4 luggers and they spent over 10 hours on site each over a week and a half period organizing items, bagging items, loading and removing the items from the home. We were able to donate a lot of the items to a local donation center in Bethesda, were able to recycle all of the metals that she had and made about 8 trips with full truck loads to the landfill.

This was one of the biggest jobs that we had ever done and we had to close out our schedule for over a week to focus on getting this done. After we finished, the owner hired cleaners to clean the home and they were able to list and sell the home shortly after. The owner couldn't be happier that everything was removed from her home so fast, as it would've taken her multiple months to do it on her own. She was also extremely happy that our luggers were able to sort through so many items and find her late father's war medals that they had lost track of for many years.
